The server will accomodate up to 16 cameras at a frame rate throughput of up to 240 frames (640X480 NTSC, 768x576 PAL) a second. The system contains integral Transient Voltage Suppression to protect the server against lightning striking a camera.

The systems comes complete with three integral web pages for viewing the 16 cameras simultaneously, viewing individual cameras at high resolution, viewing the archived images, and accessing the control features. All web pages are browser compatible and do not require any special software (requires Java runtime Engine be installed).

In addition, the system can monitor door switches, motion sensors, and other input devices. The system can be programmed to monitor these inputs at programmed times. If a sensor is activated during these periods, the system can be programmed to send an eMail with a camera image attachment that pinpoints the time and location of the incident. Furthermore, a self alarm feature is available where a user is alerted through the speakers on his personal computer.
